**To be successful you will need**:
- PhD or equivalent degree in Earth Sciences.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching undergraduate-level Earth Science or related discipline; in classroom, laboratory, field environments and virtually.
- Demonstrated research excellence and interest in geoscience applied to critical mineral ore systems, including a publication record in highly regarded scientific journals.
- A track record of successful engagement and research collaboration with industry and/or government institutions.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research in addition to working effectively as a member of a research team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organisational skills and ability to forge collaborative relationships and engage others.
