**As our Associate, you will be responsible for**:

- Obtaining and verifying AML/regulatory compliance documents from bankers/clients
- Accurately screening and assessing customers to identify Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, Tax Evasion and other risks
- Uploading KYC information into system and assessing Corporate & Institutional Bank client risk profiles accurately (Right First Time)
- Meeting onboarding and ongoing customer due diligence and other ad-hoc AML/KYC and regulatory compliance remediation project deadlines
- Proactively liaising and engaging with relationship teams and clients to obtain AML/KYC documents
- Liaising with offshore Onboarding teams for cross border Corporate & Institutional Bank clients
- Assisting relationship teams with their AML/KYC and regulatory compliance questions

**What you will bring**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification such as a Degree or Diploma
- Some experience in AML/KYC role in Australia completing due diligence and risk assessments for onboarding and/or periodic reviews
- Previous experience and knowledge in a customer service operations environment
- Experience in customer screening and assessment methods to identify Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, Fraud, Tax Evasion and other negative findings is preferable but not essential
- Previous experience in customer screening and assessment methods to identify Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, Fraud, Tax
- Evasion and other negative findings will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
