The role

We have an exciting opportunity as a Talent Development Lead to support the delivery of QBE’s enterprise talent development programs and initiatives.

How will I help?

Some of the key responsibilities of the Talent Development Lead include:
- Plan, implement and manage end-to-end programs for enterprise-wide talent development experiences across multiple geographies, including operationalising development initiatives- Engage with key stakeholders across both the global People function,the business and with external providers to ensure the effective delivery of and support for programs- Coordinate regular program reporting, identifying and actioning any project risks or improvements- Design and deliver communication and change plans to ensure effective delivery of initiatives and linkage to QBE’s broader strategic ambitions and purpose- Independently research, design and develop a project delivery plan from initial concept, leveraging technical expertise across the People team and key stakeholder feedback as required- Ensure quality and impact of service delivery, managing expectations of stakeholders and program participants and timely, thoughtful responses to issues or risks

What do I need?

To be successful as the Talent Development Lead you will have prior experience in the end-to-end planning and execution of projects and/or development programs with experience in an HR/People environment a strong advantage.

You will also have:
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail (Confluence, Jira and other platforms highly desirable)- A can-do, proactive approach with a focus on quality execution and outcomes- Excellent relationship building skills and comfort engaging with a range of stakeholders-
- Adaptability and flexibility in a complex, changing environment
