Join our People and Culture team as a Talent Lead for the Corporate Operations Group. We are responsible for providing talent management and organisation development support to a diverse workforce including technology, operations, business services and data and AI.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will partner with the Corporate Operations Group People and Culture Director and broader team, responsible for workforce strategy, succession planning, organisation design, culture, diversity, inclusion, and talent management. You will engage directly with senior leaders and leadership teams to build credibility and design solutions that support business priorities. You will develop people strategies for the future in partnership with senior leaders.

You will leverage data to draw insights that support leaders in making data-driven workforce and talent decisions. You will also lead and coach a small team that delivers annual talent, performance, and promotion activities, seeking opportunities to evolve these practices, streamlining and automating where possible.

What you offer
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant tertiary/professional qualifications in HR, psychology, business, or related fields
