**Lynford **in
**Osborne Park** as a
**Workshop Controller**.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this role is to manage the effective use or our Technicians and Apprentices in the day-to-day operations by planning, monitoring and controlling all workshop repair orders.

**Duties will include**:

- Providing support to the Service Manager
- Maintaining an even flow and time efficiency of all work performed in the workshop
- Monitoring the quality of all work performed in the workshop
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all departments
- Making improvement recommendations and strategies to ensure everyone meets their full potential

**About you**:
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, ability to multitask, prioritise and delegate tasks. If you would like to develop apprentices and other technicians as well as your own career, this is the role for you We want someone who wants to lead a strong team and maintain a positive culture.

**You will ideally possess**:

- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller/ Foreman and/ or Senior Technician
- Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Valid Australian working rights and driver’s licence
- Be a team player
