**Product & Innovation Manager - Skincare**

**The Role: As our Product & Innovation Manager, you will**:

- Develop and execute the product strategy, including hero product identification and lifecycle mapping.
- Lead new product development (NPD) and existing product development (EPD) projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Drive compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee coordination with external vendors, manufacturers, and agencies.
- Provide insights on competitor activity and market trends to shape product direction.
- Manage the innovation budget and contribute to achieving business KPIs.

**About You**:

- 5+ years in a product development roles, with a proven track record in NPD and EPD.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in cosmetics or beauty categories is highly desirable.
- A keen interest in the health, beauty, and cosmetics industry.
