**The role**

Reporting to the Transport Manager, we have an opportunity available for a Transport Coordinator to join our close-knit team in Kwinana. This position is responsible for processing of accounts and supporting the transport team.

**Your responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Processing of invoices on a daily basis
- Answering incoming calls and booking transport jobs
- Assist the Transport Manager in day to day operations via administration of Transport operations

Essential Criteria:

- Strong customer service skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of relevant transport industry codes and legislation
- Verbal and written communication skills and computer skills
- Excellent scheduling, planning and time management skills
