This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to join an internal team working for a well-known and respected mining organisation.

**About the Role**:
Due to continuous growth, this is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to join a hardworking, collaborative, and supportive team. You will assist in the recruitment of blue-collar roles for the internal team. This role will suit someone who has prior mining recruitment experience and thrives in a dynamic environment.

**Duties**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Organising documentation for new starters
- Assist in onboarding of new hires where required
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to hiring managers

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in a similar role ideally within the mining, oil & gas or related industries advantageous
- Proven experience in supporting volume recruitment campaigns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to plan ahead
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
- Strong attention to detail
