**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Recruitment Strategy Expert**

You’ll develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent across various channels like job boards, social media, and personal networks. You'll work closely with hiring managers to ensure we meet our staffing needs.

**Job Advertisement Master**

**Talent Acquisition Specialist**

**Onboarding Guru**

You’ll manage a seamless onboarding process, guiding new hires through paperwork, orientation, and initial training. You’ll be the key to ensuring they feel welcomed and set up for success from day one.

**Employee Experience**

As the first point of contact, you’ll create a smooth, engaging, and positive experience for all new hires, helping them settle in and thrive at Burger Urge.

**Office Management Support**

As well as assisting with essential HR tasks, you’ll also support general office management—keeping supplies stocked, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following up on the teams cleaning schedule, helping coordinate team bonding activities, and assisting with ad hoc admin tasks as needed.
