**Position**: Nudestix in ANZ is a Sephora exclusive brand. This position will be hired by Nudestix through Sephora payroll and Sephora will also be managing benefits.

The Opportunity
As Sales & Education Artistry Specialist you are responsible for leading your markets by maximizing sales. This role is responsible for strategically supporting Sephora ANZ across all Sephora stores in ANZ markets; driving sales across a portfolio of retailers outlets and channels. Work under the direction of the Regional Director Sales & Marketing Southeast Asia to develop, plan and execute.
You will be contributing to campaign and sales analysis and identify trends and opportunities to drive all brands presence across the retailers and exploring new opportunities across online and offline. You will be supporting our omni channel retailer relationships with the support of the Regional Director Sales & Marketing Southeast Asia, ensuring each account meets their sales target through innovation, exposure and a strong promotional calendar. This role requires you to collaborate closely with the wider teams to ensure that we have robust plans for the future. These include launches, new openings and most importantly specific strategies for each account in order to drive the business.
What You’ll Do
Account Management & Service
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned retail store accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
Collaborate with store management teams to analyze sales performance, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct business reviews and seasonal marketing presentations with key accounts.
Plan and execute tailored marketing plans and special events to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Ensure seamless execution of operational processes, including managing stock levels, testers, samples, and promotional activations, while minimizing excess inventory and managing returns budgets.
Training & Education
Design, develop, and deliver innovative training programs and materials to support product launches, enhance product knowledge, and improve selling techniques.
Provide in-store coaching to Beauty Advisors, focusing on business skills, product expertise, and customer engagement strategies.
Mentor, motivate, and develop retail Beauty Advisors to maximize productivity, job satisfaction, and reduce turnover.
Update and maintain training presentations, education calendars, and product fact sheets for new and existing products.
Support the development of the education strategy, ensuring it aligns with brand priorities and retailer goals.
Event Planning & Execution
Plan, coordinate, and participate in special events, in-store activations, and corporate initiatives to drive sales and elevate the brand experience.
Partner with the marketing team to execute in-store events, digital events (e.g., live shopping and masterclasses), and other brand animations.
Manage the coordination of materials, shipments, and other logístical needs for events and demos.
Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring consistent representation of the brand essence in all training and event activities.
Sales, Trading & Stock Management
Align sales forecasts with the brand’s strategic priorities in collaboration with the Regional Director Sales & Marketing Southeast Asia
Ensure optimal stock levels at retail locations to support healthy sales while minimizing excess inventory.
Strategize and secure incremental activations that align with brand objectives and retailer strengths.
Support seamless integration of customer experiences across physical and online stores, enhancing overall brand presence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Maintain open communication with cross-functional teams, fostering positive relationships to support the implementation of new
