**About the role**:
**Eagers Automotive (AHG)** is currently looking for an
**Automotive Service Manager/Assistant Fixed Operations Manager** to lead and develop our Service Department at
**WA Hino** in
**Welshpool**.

Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large team and day-to-day operations of the Service Department.

Additionally you will be supporting the Fixed Operations Manager with the oversight of the Parts Department. This role will ideally progress into a Fixed Operations Manger in the future.

**Duties will include**:

- Engaging with customers and staff to deliver an outstanding experience
- Ensuring efficient and profitable operation of the Service Department
- Building and maintaining relationships with all key stakeholders of the business
- Ensuring a safe work environment for the team by maintaining best practices
- Assisting the Fixed Operations Manager with duties.

**About you**:

**You will ideally possess**:

- Experience managing a Service Department (desirable but not essential)
- Experience working in a Service Department as an Assistant Manager, Workshop Controller/ Foreman or Service Advisor
- Track record of effectively leading a high-performance team, meeting budgets and monthly KPIs
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to succeed
- Capacity to manage, develop and drive productive teamwork
- Australian working rights and driver’s licence
