- Based at Thomas Embling Hospital

**About the Role**:

- A key leadership role within the Thomas Embling Hospital that leads the team to effectively deliver Recovery focused treatment and care.
- Responsible for the development of Nurse Managers and programs within the rehab stream
- Play a key role in cultural reform and model of care changes at TEH
- Develop stakeholder relations with prisons others to support patient transition and rehabilitation

**Duties**:

- Leads to positively shape organisational culture role modelling an inclusive, empathic leadserhip style
- Clinical and Operational Performanace - Ensure effiecient flow and standards of care
- Consumer and Carer Engagement - enable and support expanded Lived Experience Workforce
- Quality safety and risk management - NSQHS Standard 5 Comprehensive Care sub committee lead for Physical Health component of the standard

**What you need**:

- RPN with significant post registration experience
- Demonstrated committment to mental health and consumer recovery
- Ability to work autonomously to strict deadlines
- Strong analytical and influenicing skills
- Demonstrated change management experience and achievement
- Senior operational management experience

**Nursing**
- Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulations Agency (AHPRA).**A culture where people matter.**

Successful applicants will be required to provide evidence of three COVID-19 Vaccination prior to commencing work at Forensicare. Under the Victorian Public Health orders, all employees working within the Public Health system must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. All applicants will also be required to provide evidence of a flu vaccination.
