We currently require Machine Operators for our Taurean Doors team in Knoxfield. We have vacancies for morning (5:00am-1:06pm), afternoon (1:00pm-9:06pm) and night (9:00pm-5:06am) Monday to Friday. These are full time, permanent positions.

**What you can expect in the role**:

- Safety mindset

- Set up and operate machines used in the production process
- Monitor machines during operation to detect malfunctions or issues and adjust accordingly
- Conduct first line maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
- Ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently, optimizing productivity

**What we need from you (please)**
- Total commitment to safety with a team approach and ability to also work independently
- You are a reliable team member who can commit to a 38 hour working week with your set shifts.
- Previous work in Manufacturing or Production is ideal (or Physical/manual labour role)
- The ability to manually lift heavy items
- with safety guidelines in place
- Forklift license advantageous but not essential
