About the Position
Based in Knoxfield, VIC, this permanent full-time position is responsible for ensuring our products are manufactured to meet our high quality standards.
**This role is based on our afternoon shift - Monday to Friday**: 2:30 pm - 10:36 pm.
Responsibilities of this Position Include, but are not limited to:

- Operate and manage molding machines, including loading and unloading molds.
- Handle custom molding jobs and interpret assembly and machine operation instructions.
- Conduct tooling changes with guidance and assist in specialized box assembly.
- Assemble a variety of general products and complete most custom molding tasks.
- Learn and operate roto-molding machines, hand tools, and power tools.

About You
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting quality standards.
- Previous manufacturing, factory, or assembly experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Have a dedication to high quality and safety standards and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
- Must be physically fit to work in an environment requiring lifting up to 15 kgs.
