**Responsibilities**:
You will support the Business Navigator in financial planning, goal setting, forecasting and follow-up throughout the yearly cycle. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Driving the financial business planning process, securing financial dimensions are aligned with the unit priorities whilst creating commitment amongst stakeholders when setting goals.
- Secure the measurement of various performances (KPI) is in accordance to global guideline and definition. Identify areas of non-compliance with immediate corrective action. Closely working with operation to pro-actively support the performance of major KPIs; such as organizing workshop for business improvement, benchmark activities etc.
- Having a full understanding of the units profit and loss, whilst reducing costs and considering all impacts to the P&L, following up on results and acting upon any deviation.
- Secure and develop cost consciousness awareness and behaviour in the Unit by providing a good cost transparency, defining cost drivers and initiate cost saving activities.
- Providing relevant, user-friendly business information, securing competence in the organisation to allow analysis, and understanding of business performance to make optimal business decisions.
- Provide expertise to the necessary target groups in a way which inspires and engages them to take meaningful decisions and actions to achieve the goals.

Additional Information

This opportunity is permanent full time, 76 hours per/fortnight. This role internally is titled Business Controller.
