The Events Program Delivery Partner delivers across the full scope of events, courses and initiatives ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all members, clients and guests of this highly respected membership association.

This position is the primary guide, host and point of contact through the duration of designated events, courses and initiatives regionally, nationally and internationally.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with the National Program Delivery Team Leader and other Program Delivery Partners to implement agreed deliverables relating to the Associatoin's programs including events, courses, roadshows and related initiatives.
- Prepare for all end-to-end program logistics needs including booking venues, presenters, catering, set up and set down, and all other administrative functions as required ahead of time.
- Ensure the consistent implementation of end-to-end delivery plans and processes to ensure a seamless member and client experience from registration to completion.
- As the primary contact, engage with all participants from program registration through to completion to provide guidance and answer queries.
- Host members, clients and guests across all designated face-to-face and virtual delivery platforms.
- Monitor all communication streams to resolve member, client and guest queries or concerns and escalate as appropriate.
- Ensure Upbeat is maintained with accurate records and related administrative tasks.
- Raise and track all purchase orders and invoices as required.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate input and support is provided throughout each stage of delivery.

**Qualifications**

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar customer relations and experience role within a professional stakeholder organisation.
- Proven experience working within a leading service provider environment with exceptional customer service standards.
- Proven understanding of governance principles.
- Proven understanding of financial accountability, invoicing and reporting.
- Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong problem solving, customer service and attention to detail skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.
- Food Safety and RSA certification beneficial.
- Ability to perform First Aid and Fire Warden duties as required.
- Certificate 4 in Training and Education or equivalent related experience.
