**APS 3 - Administration Officer, Public Programs**

The Library is seeking to fill the role of Administration Officer, Public Programs on an ongoing basis. This role sits within the Community Engagement Section in our Engagement Branch. The Branch enables the Library to engage and connect with communities and their national collections.

As the Administration Officer, Public Programs you will be required to undertake tasks that support the delivery of Events and Venue Hire programs. This may include:

- Assisting in the delivery of events and other public program activities.
- Assisting in the delivery of venue hire by external organisations.
- Assisting with the delivery of onsite and online events.
- Assisting with the delivery of venue hire programs.
- Event participants, venue hire clients and staff.
- Contractors.
- Delivery of other Section responsibilities.
- Other identified stakeholders.
