**About the role**
TAFE NSW has four exciting full-time temporary & permanent opportunities for motivated individuals with current experience in Early Childhood & Care to join our team as an Education Support Officer located across the Sydney region (including campuses at Randwick and Meadowbank).
- 1x temporary (12-month contract) at TAFE Digital based at Strathfield
- 3 x permanent roles at Meadowbank, Randwick or Sydney-wide including St Leonards
Your role will be responsible for a range of tasks which directly and indirectly supports the learning process for students from various backgrounds and needs. You will be a part of a dynamic team, helping students to understand their learning materials and concepts whilst creating an innovative and exciting educational environment.
- Note: This role does not teach or prepare lessons or resources and does not deliver training nor undertake assessment._

**To be successful in the role you must have**:
- Diploma of Education/Teaching Early Childhood or above.
- Current experience in regulated Early Childhood Education industry.
- Ability to understand the content of the learning materials and the processes used in the Early Childhood Education industry.
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to be proactive and show initiative and ability to explain ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to meet all the selection criteria as outlined in the position description.
It is highly desirable that you have a Degree in Early Childhood Education.? However, this is not essential.?
