Health Manager level 2, starting salary from $109,857 - $129,624 plus Super, with a 38-hour work week.
The Executive Officer will support the Executive Director System Performance Support by undertaking branch, project and administrative tasks that contribute to the achievement of strategic and operational Branch objectives. The role is an integral position in the branch, establishing important relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders across NSW Health.
**What you will do**
- Coordinates and delivers a range of functions including the coordination of executive ministerial services, project work, administrative support, secretariat support to committees, and providing business support activities
- Prepare accurate and concise reports, documents, minutes and the preparation of complex correspondence for the SPS leadership team
- Prepare complex presentations for the p SPS leadership team for various forums including meetings, to support briefs and educational sessions
- Build strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to collaborate and support the SPS leadership team in achieving key deliverables.
**About you**
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Experience gained in a similar role working directly for an executive position or senior member of a leadership team in the Health environment.
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively within a team environment and to work autonomously without supervision.
- High level written communication skills with experience and ability to accurately prepare, and critically review complex written documents including correspondence, briefs, reports, presentations, and submissions
- Excellent organisational and time management skills including ability to prioritise and meet strict deadlines supporting the efficient operation of a leadership team.
