**About the Role**

Ramsay Clinic New Farm is seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic administration professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our supportive and dedicated friendly team.

**Join Us and You Will**:

- Work with a brilliant team of professionals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Cover outpatient reception and hospital administrative duties.
- Manage internal and external enquiries.
- Medical typing, schedule appointments, billing, and receipting, DVA and Workcover
- Switchboard operation.

**About You**

Your high attention to detail and accuracy, strong computer skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities will see you succeed in this role.

**_ You will also bring:_**
- Specialist medical reception experience, minimum 3 years’ essential
- Experience with Patient Management Systems is desirable.
- Medical typing experience
- Professional phone manner and approach to work
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and harmoniously as part of a team.

**Remuneration**: On offer is base annual salary ranging from $60,000 - $70,000 + superannuation + levels of experience and qualifications.

**Requirements**:
