**About the Company**:
Our client is a multi-award-winning group based in Canberra offering patrons and guests a variety of unique experiences, creating lasting memories within their unique and serene lifestyle destination.

This role encompasses total management and responsibility of the Group Marketing Function. Reporting to the owners and directors you will be able to showcase a customer-driven approach to marketing, providing creative and cost-effective initiatives across content and promotional platforms.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Overall responsibility for group-wide marketing, content, and communications output materials
- Creation of a story with will engage customers, building a series of unique marketing campaigns which inspire both internal and external stakeholders
- High stakeholder engagement across the business
- Creation and execution of all marketing campaign from inception through delivery
- Strong campaign budgetary awareness and able to identify best practice

**Skills & Experience**:

- Qualifications, experience, or skills in similar or relevant role (Marketing, Public Relations and or Communications)
- Advanced verbal, written and communication skills
- Outstanding people skills and demonstration of leadership
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms
- Strong business acumen is a plus
