We are a multi outlet site and we are looking for a dynamic individual to come on board and take the reins as Floor Supervisor.

A day in the life will include, exceptional customer service, making coffee, HACCP reporting, communication with our large team, overseeing various cafes and service areas, troubleshooting, daily cash handling, monitoring cleaning schedules, managing staff and refreshing hot food section.

This is a fast paced role which requires a motivated individual to jump in and take charge right from the get go. You will be happy to pass on your knowledge of superior customer service to all staff as well as provide ongoing, on the job training. You will be proactive and prepared to make your own decisions in a fast paced environment.

You will manage multiple outlets, create plans to increase sales while reducing costs and create a team culture built on respect and exceptional standards.

The hours are 11am - 830pm Monday - Friday - there's such to be done.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St. Leonards: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
