**The role with us**

**Key responsibilities**
- To contribute to Key Performance Indicators in relation to performance of the networks, infrastructure, products, and services supplied and operated by Telstra
- Achieve end-to-end service restoration, activation and installation through compliance to prescribed standards, practices, procedures, Operating Level Agreements and Service Level Agreements. Contribute to network integrity and reliability & end to end performance excellence.
- Capture and record relevant cost and time information & the timely completion of tasks assigned.
- Actioning alarms and incidents promptly within team, delivering a high level of efficiency and effectiveness within the surveillance hall to minimise customer impact.
- Building strong relationships with team members from other domains to enable business objectives to be met
- Review and maintain technical and administrative process documentation with a focus on Support Point and improved work instructions for staff with the aim to achieve operational excellence
- Maintaining service level agreements to ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner

**To be successful in the role, you'll need**:
Essential
- Experience in Help Desk Support
- Experience in Incident Management, Event Management and Problem Management
- Problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to details and adherence to process, and customer centricity
