The Internal Recruitment Consultant supports the People & Culture strategy by attracting and recruiting top talent into the Victoria and South Australian retail outlets.

Your key responsibilities with include;
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment.
- Partnering with hiring managers to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive recruiting strategies.
- Examine hiring trends in anticipation of the business’s response to labor market changes.
- Evaluate and introduce alternative talent sourcing strategies.
- Drive a culture of continual improvement.
- Oversee relationships with staffing agencies.
- Play a leading analytical role leveraging key dashboard tracking analytics and impact metrics in order to connect activity in the business to business ROI.
- Create/maintain standardized reporting systems.
- Lead ad-hoc volume recruitment programs for new store openings.
- Administer Page Up (ATS), and maintain system data, including applicant records, job requisitions and job status.
- Coach, guide, and train hiring managers.
- Identify and contribute to systems and process improvements.
- Liaise with new starters and Payroll to ensure onboarding paperwork is correct and complete.
