The team is Melbourne-based in the northern suburbs where they are creating a contemporary and innovative space for collaboration and strong growth.

**The Opportunity**

Best described as a varied HR Generalist role that supports a HR Lead, this exciting opportunity will see you involved in all key aspects of HR delivery with a focus on assisting with HRIS implementation (ELMO), and the full employee life cycle. Salary commensurate with experience as a HR Advisor stepping into more of a partner role. On-site parking and close to all amenities with a hybrid working week. Salary circa $115,000 + Super + Shares.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Assist with all facets of the employee life cycle with key support across recruitment and on-boarding, including business process development.
- Reporting and analytics, review of market trends to assist with business decisions.
- Creating and reviewing feedback from the business to support continuous improvement
- Creation of key policies and business processes, implementing same.
- Initial contact point for the business with HR matters
- Advise leaders on all Employee Relations matters and support through internal processes.
- People and Culture projects including EVP, engagement initiatives and well-being.

**The Fit**

You are a self-starter who enjoys variety and assisting in all key areas of HR. HR qualified or with demonstrated generalist experience, you are a people person with great energy and a curiosity for further learning. Systems savvy and with prior HRIS experience, you may have already worked in a start-up situation which would be highly valued for this role.
