**Job Title: Program Manager**

**Location: Melbourne**

**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Program Manager** to oversee and drive delivery of complex initiatives, with a strong focus on **SAP S/4 HANA transformation programs**. The Program Manager will be responsible for aligning program outcomes with business strategy, ensuring optimal resource utilization, managing risks, and enabling seamless stakeholder engagement

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Alignment**: Ensure program initiatives align with organizational strategy and business objectives
- **Program & Project Coordination**: Manage interdependencies across projects, streamline resource allocation, and enable smooth execution without redundancy
- **Risk & Issue Management**: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery
- **Resource Management**: Oversee allocation of budget, personnel, and tools across projects to maximize efficiency
- **Stakeholder Management**: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensure transparent communication, and manage expectations effectively
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**: Track program progress, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement
- **Change Management**: Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Proven **Program Management experience in SAP S/4 HANA projects**:

- Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complexity and ambiguity
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization
- Solid understanding of program governance, project methodologies, and enterprise-level delivery
