**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaising across the Project Team, you will be expected to provide these core activities:

- **Develop totally integrated Class 3 Control Schedules and Control Programs**:

- **Prepare Basis of Schedule documentation**:

- Develop schedule format and a list of activities
- Establish the duration of project activities and overall logic for the execution of work
- Prepare Schedule Activities, Project Execution Plan and staffing plan based on the Execution Strategy
- Prepare, issue and maintain management and project-level schedules, and other project specific schedules as required
- Coordinate, maintain, and participate with the disciplines in the development of control level schedules
- Prepare and analyse schedule status reports
- Prepare and maintain progress and performance charts and reports to communicate project performance to Project Management and other stake holders
- Analysis and forecast of time/cost impact of approved changes to the schedule
- Determine schedule/cost trends, variations, and deviations; inform Project Management of potential problem areas; recommend solutions or recovery plans to schedule/cost impact or delays
- Coordinates with Procurement and Engineering for drawing and equipment delivery schedules
- Measure, report and analyse engineering and construction progress using an earned value basis
- Actively participates in the management of key project materials in close collaboration with Engineering, Construction and Procurement
- Ensures that proper Project Controls techniques are employed on projects

**What you will bring**:

- 5+ years' experience in infrastructure or similar
- **Must **be experienced in preparing, developing, maintaining and controlling a basis of Schedule documentation (**WBS and Master Schedule**)
- Proficient computer & software skills in MS Office Suite and **Primavera P6 **essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills - with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- An ability to work well with others and build a positive and friendly working relationship across the team supporting colleagues as necessary
