**About the Role**:
HeartSpade, a trending fashion retailer, is on the hunt for an innovative and creative Marketing Digital Creator to help elevate our brand to new heights.

This hands-on, independent role allows you to take full ownership of our social media strategy, content creation, and digital engagement. You'll be responsible for managing and growing our online presence, creating high-quality video and photo content, and driving brand awareness across various digital channels.

The role offers an exciting mix of responsibilities, with 50% of your time spent in the office and the other 50% onsite—capturing dynamic content at events, on-location assignments, and in-studio shoots.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop visually captivating and engaging digital content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to highlight the latest fashion trends.
- **Campaign Management & Brand Marketing**: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with our brand identity and business goals.
- **Social Media Management**: Grow and maintain our social media presence by curating and creating compelling content, interacting with followers, and staying updated on industry trends.
- **Influencer Collaboration**: Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to extend our brand reach and increase engagement.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytic tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **SEO**: Strong expertise in SEO to lead and optimize website performance.

**What is we looking for**:

- A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in digital content creation and marketing.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques.
- User Experience (UX) design skills.
- Proficiency with analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $43,132.04 - $64,500.00 per year
