We operate in partnership with our clients, providing customised and practical solutions across a range of services from civil engineering, water management, geotechnical design to environmental management and approvals.

**About the Role**

We are seeking experienced Environmental Specialists to become part of our team and work on challenging and rewarding projects in the resources, urban development, government, infrastructure and roads space.

The role will involve:

- Coordinate environmental approvals and compliance deliverables to various clients and industries for both green field and brown field projects.
- Utilise risk-based framework and operational experience to drive improved, practical and sustainable outcomes for clients.
- Deliver quality project outcomes for clients that are on budget and aligned with schedule.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals that drive innovative, practical and sustainable outcomes for clients.
- Opportunities for site travel and exposure to private sector, resource industries and government stakeholders.
- Support the well-being, development, and resourcing of team members.
- Support and approve associated technical work directly related to the discipline and in project management capacities.
- Participate in client management and business development.

**About You**
- Bachelor or Master of Engineering or Environmental Science with a focus on Water and Environment.
- Prior experience in Environmental Planning or similar.
- Technical skills in QGIS/ArcGIS would be advantageous.
- Motivated and able to work independently.
- Self-driven and takes initiative.
- Strong communication skills.
