We are looking for experienced and passionate Career Transition Coach to mentor and facilitate the program for mature job seekers over the age of 45, to create real opportunities, to assist in the development of job ready skills, build confidence and capacity to effectively engage with technology.

This is a casual role and may involve working across one or multiple sites including Inner Metro Melbourne; Fitzroy, Prahran & Box Hill and North East; Epping, Preston and Ringwood.

Requirements of the role:

- Previous experience in coaching/training and facilitating
- Must be able to network with potential employers and build relationships
- Confident promoting program to Employment Service providers
- Exposure to mature job seekers will be viewed favourably
- Proficient with technology
- Able to commit to 3-5 days per week (nb: hours and number of days will be dictated by the number of participants between 15-35 hours p/w)
- Must be able to commence asap

You should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

- Dynamic facilitator with the ability to engage and motivate all learner types at all levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to the moving requirements of the participant
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- The ability to work unsupervised, complimented by strong time management skills
- Professional presentation
