**About the role at Mirvac**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Insights Analyst to join our Sydney Team. You will build capability in, accelerate adoption of, instill confidence and mature the Data and Analytics platform across the Group. To achieve this, you will aim to create a community of super users, embed Data and Analytics into the Mirvac culture, build confidence in Analytics capabilities, and create a recognition platform for individuals and teams with the end goal of leveraging a fully functioning and effective Data and Analytics Centre of Excellence.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions
- Data Management and Visualization - Create and maintain the organization’s Business Intelligence tools, and present complex data in simple, visual ways for key stakeholders
- Data Cleaning and Preparation - Extract and clean data ready to use in analysis or to users

**Strengths**
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Learning agility - Identifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities
- Numerical problem solving - Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems
