**John Holland is seeking a Corporate Engagement Lead to join our team.**

This exciting new role will work with the Customer & Corporate Affairs team to contribute to our customer and government engagement program across the business, and help develop new ways to engage with our customers as well as broader industry.

The role will require ability to travel interstate but is flexible to be based out of our Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney corporate offices.

**What you will do**:

- Be John Holland’s “go to,” for a number of industry leading advocacy groups to strategically engage with our customers and broader industry stakeholders on the issues that matter.
- Proactively seek out creative ways to raise the John Holland brand with key audiences through events and other activities including our partnership with AFLW.
- Lead and deliver key external events, relying on your proven experience, exceptional attention to detail, planning, delegation, quick uptake of process and confidence navigating new systems and technology.
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide customer engagement policies, standards and practices
- With the support of the Group Manger drive John Holland’s customer transformation program, supporting our business strategy and market-leading brand
- Ensure stakeholder engagement with the program across the Executive and key senior leaders, including influencing and inspiring cultural and behavioural change
- Ensure key customer program initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.
- Work with pre-contracts and operations teams across all business units to improve the consistency of and strengthen our relationships with key Government clients.

- Be a caring, proactive, organised, and friendly member of our fun and high performing team

**What we are looking for**:

- Tertiary degree or relevant experience in communications, stakeholder engagement or related discipline
- 10 years’ experience in communications & stakeholder management,
- Experience in strategy development and government relations
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders and external agencies to meet deadlines and goals
- Proven experience in creating and delivering successful events and partnership strategies
- Can manage multi-dimensional projects and events across a broad and complex range of stakeholders
- Outstanding people, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills
