**About the Company**
You will be working for a Company with talented people in the medical and scientific fields.

**About the Role**
This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the State OHS Manager, engaging with the operations team to facilitate audits, training and compliance activities to the Victorian site-based and mobile teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively drive consistent OHS standards and procedures.
- Communicate OHS information and consult with employees.
- Deliver training and development capability and mindsets to improve OHS outcomes.
- Coaching on manual handling and other company training as required
- Proactively assist managers to implement the company's safety management system, negotiate and influence outcomes.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, hazard identification and implement controls with the operations team.
- Assist with incident triage and investigations along with control measures.
- Report on positive performance indicators and metrics.
- Coordinate injury management, liaise with medical providers, and others as necessary.

**_To be great you will require:_**
- Cert IV in OHS or higher.
- Cert IV in TAE
- Strong relationship management with internal/external stakeholders
- A hands-on approach and enjoy getting out in the business.
- Ability to respond quickly, use initiative and seek out solid solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
- Strong Knowledge of WHS & RTW legislation
