Our client is a multi-award winning and reputable franchise agency based in the beautiful Eastern Suburbs. Awarded for being a top performing office for growth and sales results, this business is known for their team culture and low staff turnover. This powerhouse team are looking for a new team member to join the property management department to manage a tidy portfolio of 180 residential properties.

**What will you be doing in this role**:
This Monday to Friday role will see you manage 180 residential properties with support from an experienced leasing consultant that can also look after your overflow of ingoing and routine inspections. The position also has a full-time accountant that manages all accounting tasks and a BDM so you can focus 100% on your portfolio and client relationships.
- Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Arrears management
- Oversee maintenance requests
- Project manage any minor renovations
- Bond and insurance claims
- NCAT preparation and attendance
- 3+ years experience managing your own portfolio
- A current Certificate of registration
- A valid NSW drivers’ licence and a reliable car
- Sound knowledge of the residential tenancies act
- A process driven and organised approach to your work
- A confident communicator and relationship focused
- Experience with PropertyMe desirable
- Full Australian work rights
