We are seeking someone to assist with managing and coordinating a small but rapidly growing portfolio of rental properties under the direction of the MD and Property Management Director. The role will include:

- Inspecting and showing properties
- Organising bond cleans, bond refunds, key collections, key returns, etc
- Sending eviction and renewal notices
- Tracking and recording rental payments
- Managing calls to and from agents
- Advertising available properties to network
- Working closely and coordinating with the services team
