Our **Dandenong, Victoria** factory seeks an energetic and competent **Production Manager**who has a strong understanding of manufacturing / production processes with proven leadership skills to be able to supervise the production staff and work processes in our busy factory.

This is a **HANDS ON FACTORY** role where you will be required to actively participate and oversee all factory operational processes to ensure our production Team produces high quality work on time to meet customers' needs at all times.

You must:

- have proven experience as a Manager / Senior Team Leader managing people and diverse work processes in a factory production environment.
- fully understand and promote the importance of **Safety, Quality and Productivity** at all times.
- have a strong team culture and customer service focus.
- have mechanical / technical understanding to efficiently operate & maintain large scale production equipment.
- display attention to detail and have a strong work ethic.
- be 100% reliable and in good health.
- analytical mind to prevent and solve problem that may arise.
- competent user of computerised systems.

Qualifications in manufacturing, engineering or construction disciplines will be highly regarded.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
