**About the role**

Dulux is on a rapid growth trajectory and have made several acquisitions in the ANZ and European regions in recent years. This has created exciting new opportunities within our business.

Dulux Powder & Industrial Coatings division is on tremendous growth trajectory, and we are hiring for an Assistant Brand Manager to establish footprints in the emerging and new markets. This role will support our automotive and industrial segments.

You will support the Brand Manager in managing the revenue, profitability and growth of the related categories. You will also assist in key product, promotional and communication programs including identifying consumer insights, developing the brand strategy, innovation pipeline, new product development and plans to engage field team, customers, and consumer segments.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity that works with our parent company; Nippon and will cover our Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia markets. and is based out of Dandenong South.

**Responsibilities**
- Support marketing activities required across the portfolio
- Support the new product development process
- Manage the Dulux Accredited Programs for Fleets
- Work with our digital partners in building and managing digital program solutions
- Support the sales team with sales promotions and collateral
- Provide consumer insights, assist in the development of brand strategies, review the innovation pipeline and develop plans to engage field sales team, customers and consumer segments

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in marketing related environment, preferably B2B
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in the large and complex environment
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or related field
