Location: Dandenong, VIC
Pay Rate: $34-$38 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Full time - Monday to Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm, Friday 6:00am-12:00pm
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join the production team in Dandenong. This hands-on role involves manual hanging, coating, and finishing of metal products. An immediate start is available for a reliable and skilled operator with a strong eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, hang, and coat metal products using manual powder coating equipment
- Ensure consistent quality and even coverage on all finished parts
- Assist with cleaning, masking, and general preparation of materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Support other production tasks as required

- Previous experience in powder coating (manual application essential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a small team
