**Management Couple-Motel Venue-Far North Queensland-Coastal Location**

**_LOCATED IN REMOTE COASTAL QUEENSLAND - LIVE IN ROLE - RELOCATION IS REQUIRED_**

We are seeking an experienced **Management Couple** for this busy motel venue in Far North Queensland.

This role would suit an experienced hospitality couple looking to manage a remote property. The venue will soon expand its offerings to include onsite Food & Beverage operations.

Catering to a large volume of corporate, contractor and tourists visiting the region, the property has an excellent reputation for offering excellence in customer service and a high standard of accommodation.

This is a very hands on role managing all guest arrivals, departures, onsite reservations and overseeing housekeeping, maintenance and food & beverage.

Despite the distance from other major cities, this vibrant coastal community offers most of the facilities and conveniences of modern living with local shops, medical facilities and local schools. Daily flights operate to the town and within hours you can be back in the city.

Spend your days off taking in the natural beauty and cultural heritage, explore the stunning beaches and unspoiled wilderness or experience the unrivalled fishing in the area.

With offsite accommodation provided as part of the package, this is an ideal opportunity to escape the high cost of city living.

**Package**:FULLTIME, SALARIED ROLE**
- $150,000+ upwards combined salary-Negotiable based on experience
- Free Accommodation Provided in a spacious 2 bedroom unit

**Duties**:

- Oversee all aspects of the motel in a hands on capacity
- Staff training, rostering and recruitment
- Reservations, guest arrivals and departures using Starfleet
- Coordinate housekeeping with room cleans / laundry & cover housekeeping shifts if required
- Ensure excellence in customer service
- Ensure the property is well maintained at all times
- General banking and administration duties
- Other duties as required
- Oversee food & beverage outlets
- Maintain all aspects of the property
- Chef couples will also manage the kitchen outlet
- Must have or be able to obtain a current police clearance
- Must have excellent work-related references
- Extensive front office experience required
- Be seeking a long term commitment
- Able to obtain an RMLV-QLD Approved Managers
- Drivers License Required
