Our client is a leading brand in the food manufacturing industry.

**Your new role**

As a Reliability Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all production and product quality are met in a safe, efficient way.
- Work with production to find solutions and optimise the plant’s performance.
- Encourage and lead the use of the computer maintenance system (MEX) to schedule, prepare and record all the work done by the Reliability department.
- Find and actively support ongoing improvement and machine development for machine reliability.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead a team of employees on a day-to
- day schedule.
- Keep good communication with staff and create an open, flexible work environment. Follow all the company’s rules, processes, and instructions.
- Ensure a safe working environment by complying with all health, safety and environment requirements.
- Manage all reliability staff scheduling and rostering.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a Supervisor role in manufacturing is required.
- Experience in FMCG is highly desirable.
- Electrical or mechanical trade qualified.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement, cultural change and process improvement
- Highly organised, able to think strategically as well as problem solve
- Strong ability to build effective internal and external working relationships at all levels
- Strong adherence to focus on safety (food safety and people safety)
