We are looking for a passionate Flagship Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to help lead our George St Flagship store on a full-time basis.

This is a newly created role to help support the continuous growth and innovation of our Flagship store, where we are focused on creating an ‘only-at-MECCA’ experience through product, services, brand activations and education moments that make our customers look, feel and be their best.

Partnering directly with the Store Manager to lead a team of over 150, the key responsibilities of an Assistant Store Manager will be to:
- Lead by example and inspire team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience-
- Support the Store Manager in driving results the Balanced Scorecard, while taking the lead on at least one key focus area
- _(Customer, Team, Financial, Operational)_- Provide feedback and coaching that helps to develop a high performing team who embody the MECCA Values and contribute to achieving the store KPI’s-
- Ensure performance, operations and expectations are maintained in the absence of the Store ManagerWhat You Will Bring- We look for people who embody our core values, are passionate about innovation, and are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure our customers look and feel their best.- Essential skills and experience include:
- A minimum of 12 months of previous experience working in a similar role-
- A strong understanding of what contributes to an excellent customer experience in both retail sales and services-
- The ability to strategically interpret data to identify opportunity areas, and implement relevant action plans to drive continuous improvement-
- Understanding how to partner effectively with a variety of stakeholders to influence decisions and create meaningful change that has a positive impact on team and customer- Life at MECCA
