We're looking for an experienced Flagship Assistant Sales/Category Manager to help lead our Makeup category to join the leadership team in our fabulous George Street store, as an Flagship Assistant Sales/Category Manager of our ever-growing luxurious fragrance department.

The Role You Could Play

Join as an Flagship Assistant Sales/Category Manager to support one of our amazing Sales Managers as you lead the fragrance department in MECCA George Street You will support a Sales Manager with leading the floor team in our exciting new, multi-dimensional store, to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As a Sales Assistant Manager, you are responsible for:
- Leading from the front, demonstrating the Mecca Values and sharing the Mecca Vision with your team and customers- Building and managing the team that engage customers across the categories, service offerings and floor zones- Ensure smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience

What You Will Bring

We’re looking for passionate, experienced leaders to join our George Street team, who are capable of engaging and motivating a team, driving operational excellence and delivering on sales and KPI expectations.

Along with embodying our values and brand, you:
- Have previous experience as an Assistant Manager in one of our MECCA stores- Enjoy being part of a positive, high energy environment and have a passion for all things beauty whilst consistently take pride in your appearance- Have an ability to motivate and drive improvement, as well as an understanding of sales based KPIs- Genuinely care about people, and always sees through the eyes of the customer and team to ensure the best customer and team member experience.- Have an unrelentless pursuit of operational effectiveness with demonstrated back of house experience- Have exceptional communication and organisational skills- Demonstrates a lot of initiative and the ability to work efficiently and effectively
