Part Time Receptionist

**8-9 month Maternity Leave position to commence in October 2025.**
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have strong computer skills, experience with Agentbox and/or Property Tree (or similar software), and the ability to juggle competing priorities? If so, we'd love to hear from you
**About the role**:
- Two days per week (Fridays & Saturdays)
- Real estate experience is preferred but not required
- Answering phones and providing administrative support to staff
- Database management
- Greeting clients
**About you**:
- Excellent presentation
- Bright and bubbly personality
- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Initiative and a positive can-do attitude
- Looking for a stable, long-term role
Additionally, a high level of attention to detail, effective time management, and strong organizational skills will be highly regarded. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
