We are seeking a responsible individual to assist with the before
- and after-school routines for a family. This role is vital in supporting the children to have a positive and productive start to their day.

**Position: Support Worker**

**Location**: Paddington

**Employment Type**: Casual with set shifts. Shift required on a fortnightly basis 7-9am Monday-Friday & Monday-Thursday 3:30-5:30pm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with diverse needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.
- Encourage independence and promote personal development in our clients.
- Maintain accurate records and document progress.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for helping others and a positive, empathetic attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred, but not essential—training will be provided
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
