We're seeking compassionate and skilled Disability Support Workers (Male & Female) to provide person-centred care to NDIS participants.

Position-Specific Requirements


• House 1: Female support workers only (aged 20–30) for female participants.


• House 2: Male & Female support workers

Your Role & Responsibilities

Provide personal care (showering, dressing, medication, meal prep).

Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Plans with empathy.

Support clients in social, recreational, and community activities.

Foster independence and life skills development.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Assist with light housekeeping as needed.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Adaptable, patient, and committed to positive outcomes.

Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Flexible for shifts (days, evenings, weekends, sleepovers).

Essential Requirements


• 1+ year experience in disability support.


• First Aid & CPR Certificate (current).


• Valid Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle.


• Working with Children Check.


• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.


• Police Check (within last 6 months).
