**What’s on Offer**

As our company continues to grow, we have an opportunity for a Recruitment and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role encompasses many areas of our business and has a variety in the day-to-day tasks.

**Some typical duties include**:

- Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients
- HR administration
- Recording podcasts
- Creating client and RWS social media content and coordinating accounts
- Work closely with our clients to create marketing campaigns that are befitting
- Answering phones as needed
- General office administration
- Assisting other departments as required

We are looking for a kind professional and diligent person to join our company. Someone who prides themselves on being of service to others and making a difference.

If you have more than six months’ experience recruiting and/or experience working in a HR or marketing department for any industry, and meet the criteria above, we welcome you to apply.

Competency with standard IT programs is essential along with the successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications. You need to be someone who takes pride in their appearance and enjoys multi-tasking in a role where two days are never the same.

**Schedule**:

- You will work at our office in Camberwell from **9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.**

**What you will get in return**

You will work within a very supportive and caring work environment with our Surgeons, team, and patients. You will receive an above-award salary (depending on experience) with permanent employment benefits, upskilling opportunities including training.
