As an Assistant Insurance Broker, you will work closely with the team of brokers, providing crucial administrative support. This role not only offers the flexibility of working hours but also presents the opportunity for future growth and expanded responsibilities if you would like to move into an Account Executive role.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting Brokers: Support brokers with client renewals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Claims Administration: Manage and administer insurance claims to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Phone and Administrative Support: Provide excellent phone support, addressing inquiries and assisting clients. Handle various administrative tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.

**What we are looking for / Requirements**:
The most important attribute is your attitude, enthusiasm, and professional and friendly approach. 2+ years relevant experience in an administrative type of role and insurance experience is preferred.
