**Location**: Central East Melbourne location, close to public transport - moving to Cremorne in July. Very flexible work arrangements

Seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic administrator with strong attention to detail as well as excellent time, strong IT, and resource management skills.

**About the role**

Reporting into the Service Delivery Manager and working within a small team of client-centric Service Delivery members and large team of technical staff, the main objective of this role is to ensure that VETASSESS/eWorks is delivering upon its service level agreements and providing extra added value to their clients. This is achieved by maintaining service level agreements, profitability, and renewal of managed services arrangements for eWorks clients while providing excellent customer service.

The incumbent shall act as a conduit of communication between all stakeholders, ensuring all recommendations and strategic directions are on track and implemented accordingly.

**We're looking for**
- Relevant degree level qualification in information systems.
- Previous experience with LMS technologies.
- Previous experience working in a Service Delivery Role.
