Seeking several Service Delivery Officers to join our team on a 6-month contract basis.

**The Opportunity**

The Centric platform (Centric) is a comprehensive online wealth management platform designed for financial advisers and their clients, helping them manage their investment portfolios, including super. Centric is poised for a period of significant growth as it prepares to onboard approximately 10,500 accounts from another provider, growing its total clients by 300%. This project will generate a larger than usual volume of day-to-day enquires from financial advisers and clients, and a hyper-care period is being established for an initial six-month period to ensure that all enquiries and other matters are resolved promptly and effectively.

The Service Delivery Officers will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our platform’s operational services during the hyper-care period. This is a highly facilitative role, maintaining platform operation administration, feedback & complaint resolution and case management channels. This is a hands-on and high-volume administrative role, required to deliver outstanding end-to-end service delivery.

**What does a typical week look like?**

Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing relationships with advisers, support staff, external stakeholders and clients, and providing accurate & timely communication and administrative support
- Managing case escalations and any complaints received from internal and external stakeholders, offering timely and proactive solutions, demonstrating a high level of customer service
- Managing platform user access codes
- Supporting implementation services
- Ensure internal and statutory deadlines are met, including adherence to policies and processes
- Checking and maintaining data integration and identifying automation and efficiency improvement
- Ensuring positive relationships are maintained with all internal and external stakeholders

**Let’s talk about you**:

- Completion of a financial services course is advantageous but not essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within Financial Services
- Knowledge of and experience with investment platforms is favourable
- Demonstrated experience working in a team to achieve common outcomes/goals
- Experience with industry standard Financial Planning software
- Ability to integrate and analyse large volumes of (technical) information
- Proficient MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
