**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Are you a dedicated individual who puts people at the forefront? Do you have a knack for fostering positive employee experiences? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Retail team as a Retail HR Business Partner. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our team members thrive and excel in their roles.
Primarily, your key responsibility will be to implement HR strategies that align with our vision, while delivering best in class experiences for our fast pacedfast-paced retail network. By collaborating closely with our retail teams, you will drive HR initiatives that enhance both individual and overall team performance. From providing guidance on HR best practices to facilitating conflict resolution when it arises, you will be a trusted resource for all people matters.
Your expertise will extend to coaching retail managers on effective people management and streamlined processes. By staying up to date with local and industry regulations, you will ensure compliance and minimise any potential risks to our team and business. Furthermore, you'll contribute to the implementation of talent development programs, using performance-driven insights to shape workforce planning and succession frameworks.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Human Resources / Business Partner role
- Experience working in a similar retail environment
- Degree / Qualification in Human Resources is preferred
- Experience coaching people to deliver feedback, proven ability in dispute resolution and proactive on finding the best solutions for people
- Confidence in local and industry legislations and ability to inspect any changes that may impact COG’s people strategy
- Ability to use your judgement to make impactful decisions that will inspire a positive outcome
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create meaningful work relationships that best support our people
